因为油價高漲、需求量低，加上苛捐雜稅造成無利可圖，亞航X宣佈逐步停飛孟買、新德里、巴黎及倫敦航線。

亞航X在文告中指出，在停飛印度與歐洲部份航線後，亞航X將專注開發澳洲、中國、台灣、日本及韓國新航線。

亞航X是大馬廉價長途航空。該公司將從2月1日起停飛孟買航線、3月23日停飛新德里航線、並在3月31日停飛巴黎航線。至於倫敦航線則將在4月1日完成最後一次航程後，宣佈停飛。亞航X指出，全球經濟走勢疲弱、加上政府收取過高稅務，已經讓亞航X無力提供廉價機票。

鸡蛋六种食用方法加速衰老

很多人都很爱吃鸡蛋，因为鸡蛋富含大量的维生素和矿物质及有高生物价值的蛋白质，是人体不可缺少的营养食品之一,可是如果食用方法不当，可会造成加速衰老的后果哦。以下六种鸡蛋食用方法可会加速衰老:

1.生吃

　　有些人觉得，食物一经煮熟，就会流失其营养价值。所以很多人喜欢生吃蔬菜、生吃海鲜。同样，有人认为生吃鸡蛋可以获取比熟鸡蛋更多的营养价值。但是，其实不然，生吃鸡蛋很可能会把鸡蛋中含有的细菌(例如大肠杆菌)吃进肚子去，造成肠胃不适并引起腹泻。并且，

值得一说的是，鸡蛋的蛋白含有抗生物素蛋白，需要高温加热破坏，否则会影响食物中生物素的吸收，使身体出现食欲不振、全身无力、肌肉疼痛、皮肤发炎、脱眉等症状。

(本人是不吃生鸡蛋的哦。半熟？也不吃~！！！）

2. 隔夜

　　鸡蛋其实是可以煮熟了之后，隔天再重新加热再吃的。但是，半生熟的鸡蛋，在隔夜了之后吃却不行!鸡蛋如果没有完全熟透，在保存不当的情形下容易滋生细菌，如造成肠胃不适、胀气等情形。

　　同时，有的人认为鸡蛋煮越久越好，这也是错误的。因为鸡蛋煮的时间过长，蛋黄中的亚铁离子与蛋白中的硫离子化合生成难溶的硫化亚铁，很难被吸收。油煎鸡蛋过老，边缘会被烤焦，鸡蛋清所含的高分子蛋白质会变成低分子氨基酸，这种氨基酸在高温下常可形成对人体健康不利的化学物质。

（隔夜鸡蛋哦，可真的没吃呢。）

　3. 过量

　　鸡蛋含有高蛋白，如果食用过多，可导致代谢产物增多，同时也增加肾脏的负担，造成肾脏机能的损伤。所以一般老年人每天吃1~2个鸡蛋为宜。中青年人、从事脑力劳动或轻体力劳动者，每天可吃2个鸡蛋;从事重体力劳动，消耗营养较多者，每天可吃2~3个鸡蛋;少年儿童由于长身体，代谢快，每天也应吃2~3个鸡蛋。孕妇、产妇、乳母、身体虚弱者以及进行大手术后恢复期的病人，需要多增加优良蛋白质，每天可吃3~4个鸡蛋，但不宜再多。

（我可没有天天吃鸡蛋呢。）

　4. 空腹吃鸡蛋

　　空腹吃鸡蛋不是很好，空腹过量进食牛奶、豆浆、鸡蛋、肉类等蛋白质含量高的食品，蛋白质将"被迫"转化为热能消耗掉，起不到营养滋补作用。同时，在一个较短的时间内，蛋白质过量积聚在一起，蛋白质分解过程中会产生大量尿素、氨类等有害物质，不利于身体健康。

(erm...和hotdog 一起吃，可算是空腹？）

　5. 加糖、加豆浆

　　烹煮各种食物的时候将鸡蛋跟糖一起煮，这样的做法也是错误的。其实鸡蛋与糖一起烹饪，二者之间会因高温作用生成一种叫糖基赖氨酸的物质，破坏了鸡蛋中对人体有益的氨基酸成分。值得注意的是，糖基赖氨酸有凝血作用，进入人体后会造成危害。所以应当等鸡制食物冷了之后再加入糖。

（没吃过加糖的，但吃过蒸水蛋加入了豆浆！！！）

6. 煎鸡蛋、茶叶蛋

　　有很多人喜欢吃煎鸡蛋，特别是边缘煎得金黄的那种，这个时候就要注意啦，因为被烤焦的边缘，鸡蛋清所含的高分子蛋白质会变成低分子氨基酸，这种氨基酸在高温下常可形成致癌的化学物质。另外，茶叶蛋也应少吃，一来是因为茶叶蛋反复的煎煮，其营养已经被破坏，另一方面就是在这个过程中茶叶中含酸化物质，与鸡蛋中的铁元素结合，对胃起刺激作用，影响胃肠的消化功能。

Just back from movie，天天好天(Great Day). It is touching. Story line also not bad.. it is all about family love. Let's us aware of parents and grandparents is getting older, we should always take care them, talk to them, visit them often and accompany them. In the scene i remember a sentence, it is very true, which is 父母只可以陪伴与看到我们的前半生，而我们也只可以陪伴与看到父母的后半生而已。(erm.. don't know how to describe it).

This movie had earned my tear. Few part of the movie, is touching. I do felt sad and do think of my family.

“四合一”涨价，白糖涨20仙 RON95、柴油及天然气涨5仙 - from malaysiakini

续在7月16日宣布第一轮的“五合一涨价”之后，预料政府将在今日宣布第二轮物价上涨，预料白糖将涨价20仙，至于RON95、柴油及天然气则涨价5仙。

据悉，新价格将会在明日(12月4日) 凌晨12点开始实施。

调涨之后的白糖每公斤价格是2令吉10仙，至于RON95每公升价格是1令吉90仙，柴油每公升价格1令吉80仙，天然气每公斤价格则是1令吉90仙。

早在7月16日开始以“管制自由浮动”方式调涨的RON97汽油，则是每月依据国际油价调整价格，继在11月1日涨价5仙之后，又在2日前即12月1日，每公升再涨15仙。换言之，RON97每公升的价格已从2令吉15仙涨至2令吉30仙。

这次的涨价，乃是首相署表现管理和传递单位（Pemandu）所落实的削减津贴措施之一。

Actually do we really always so busy? Which until we cannot have a rest? Cannot have a gathering with our family? Take care or chat with them?

The fact is NO. We are not that busy as what we thought. We can arrange it. Work is endless. No matter how hardworking, there will still get another new task for us.

Take a rest. Always spend more time with your family. Our parents are getting older. How long they can wait you to finish your work then only just accompany them to have a walk or have a dinner or have a talk?

Just back home. Then saw my neighbour's dog, Hero, finally back to home!!! It been lost a week already. When i knew it get lost at around ss2 there, i felt so sad!!!! Luckily someone found it and sent it back today!! Really feel so happy when see it again!! Welcome back... Hero!!!

This was another drama i love a lot!!!! A Singapore drama. I think i watched this drama about 8 to 9 years ago.Still remember shown by NTV7. Most important thing is... This drama shown at 12.30am... Yeah!! is 12.30am oh!! That time i'm still a form 1 or form 2 student. So.... hehe... watch until 1.30am is no problem 1... wahaha... Don't know why i love this drama a lot.. but definitely confirm that the song in the drama is nice. I still remember when each episode end, there will shown a sentence. I already forgot all the sentence, but now i will try my best to find it out... wahaha. Also, if u want to watch it, try to google it or youtube there got some espisode, but i'm not sure whether it complete or not. I hope i can get this drama's VCD or DVD. Actually everytime when i went to shopping, i did go try to find it. But don't have also. I also had asked my Johor friend whether has saw this drama's VCD or DVD before. But the answer is no. So sad... It's really hard to download it. As u know that, Malaysia internet speed is "Number 1", "Memang Boleh"... So if got chance, better buy it....

Love this movie a lot.

Bought the VCD, (yeah is VCD... not DVD oh) during my secondary school time, I think is form 5. Hehe... sound a bit old already as leave secondary school around 5 to 6 years already. But yet, i still love this movie. Reason? Erm... don't know oh.. maybe it's funny, touching, got leng zai + leng lui.

Still keeping the VCD. Almost watch it back few times per year. wahaha... sound crazy, right? But if you really love + enjoy it, you won't felt bored and yet you will love it more and more.

This is 1 of the top movie in my list...

Ah Leng Char Kway Teow!! @.@ nice oh.. this 1 is special 1, cost me RM9.00, but nice.. can have a try on it.... **thumb up***

the kuih is smooth and not taste very sweet, nice also..

This asam laksa so so only. The most tasty 1 i forgot to take photo.. (busy makan lah)

The keropok.... a lot of prawn... big big de oh... nice nice... no need eat with the sauce also taste nice... hoho

forgot the name alr.. but really make us get a shock.... damn nice.... accidently found it and have a try..... hoho.. *thumb up**

Traditional coffee shop's coffee cup... Miss it a lot.... miss my childhood life.. go the coffee shop to have my fishball mee and a cup of hot milo... the taste.... now hard to taste it alr..

There got a lot of food that we go to try it.... but too bad... busy makan, so no take the photo... anyway... penang 100% is the heaven that full of tasty food... hoho.....

Too bad that nowaday the kek lok shi not always on the light during night time. There are only 1day per month to on the light during night time . But which day? sorry... can't help u. (I also want to know it ah!!)

Just have relax relax... sunset and sunrise is amazing.... appreciate that we can watch sunset and sunrise in everyday... love the earth...
